Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I’m the HR Director and I am the primary payroll person in the company. I use Paycor‘s HRIS, ATS payroll and benefits advisor. Paycor is at the heart of our company
Pros
- Paycor believes in recognizing employees and makes that easy to do
- Has a lot of tools too communicate with employees
Cons
- In my experience, their reporting is all over the place and difficult to use
- In my opinion, their time off system has many flaws
- Paycor is definitely minimized our compliance risk because they send out many reminders about Mandatory reporting
- Paycor has made a very easy to organize everything regarding the employee and the employee lifecycle
- Because Paycor was able to integrate with our current timekeeping system it allowed Us to have a seamless transition
- Hey Chris, voice self service app is great and simple to use. However, employees definitely have trouble logging in. In our experience, it’s not easy to access their account but once they get there it’s easy to navigate.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - Payroll is usually pretty quick and Daisy although I don’t measure the time I spend working on it the system itself is not what causes extra time. It’s the effort to collect data from managers. That is the difficult part.
We have Paycor due to their ability to have both an HRIS and payroll
