Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor for all aspects of HR management. Payroll, Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, Tax Reporting, etc. We also use it for reporting, and compliance purposes.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - HR/Payroll takes significantly less time to process payroll.
In my opinion, Paycor's customer service is leaps and bounds above UKG. You can actually call and speak with a person.
