Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is our company platform that we manage our employees as well as our payroll. I utilize Paycor multiple times a day as Human Resources. We also utilize Paycor with Benefits Advisor platform to manage benefit enrollments for our employees. I am admin on both sides of Paycor and Benefits Advisor.
Pros
- Assists our agency with Compliance.
- Has made managing leave and tracking FMLA easier.
- The recruiting process is smooth and easy to use.
Cons
- the timeliness of resolving issues and tickets takes longer than our company would like
- time off requests could be different in not allowing approval for time that isn't available to an employee
- benefits advisor support - I do not know who to contact or how
- minimize compliance risks has been a major positive impact
- improved employee experience as employees are able to view and manage their own timecards, paystubs, everything in one place
- reporting to brokers, audits, other departments is easier
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Paycor is much easier to navigate for our HR team as well as for employees. The payroll process is much simpler and saves time compared to ADP. All information is grouped and easier to access.
