Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor has been a tool to manage our goals and planning of activities within a year. This allows the business to properly align tasks from a parent goal to smaller and personal goals. Bring an umbrella-like type of system that acts as a goal-setting function. Also, it is a tool to recognize a partner's job and effort that he had to help reach that goal.

I’m not in HR or don’t handle payroll.
Great, HR had us participate in recognizing the partner's work ethics. goal-oriented visions, and work structure from a parent goal to a personal goal. This allows the company to move in a direction where everybody needs to chime in and do their part. This also gives each partner to where the company is going in real-time.

Paycor has been the background tool to have the company recognize and achieve a good structure for goal setting, planning, and recognition of partners. Paycor allows users to have a dashboard to organize yearly output and parent achievable goals connected to personal goals. This allows a system to connect all of the company's vision and goal setting.
