Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is our HRIS and we don't fully utilize the system. Our implementation was not done well and we've struggled with the set up since then.

Pros

  • Lots of training
  • Lots of resource articles

Cons

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Setting up deductions
  • HCM/Workforce planning
  • This solution has created additional manual administrative work
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings.
There are some things that are not intuitive and it's really hard to find the applicable training or articles

It's extremely difficult to get consistent and accurate responses from customer service. Some reps are really helpful and knowledgable and some are less than interested in being of assistance.
