Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor as our HRIS. We utilize it for payroll, time management, file attestation, employee database, time off tracker, recognition, and scheduling. Paycor has a lot of tools that companies can leverage to streamline their processes. Having everything centralized has been huge for us to be able to reduce redundancy and steward our time and resources well.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Paycor is a double-edged sword. Payroll can be VERY quick which is so nice. However, there can be weird glitches that can eat up a lot of time and the customer support can struggle to satisfy what is needed to resolve the issue. I am grateful for having streamlined potential, but bugs do come up that can eat at time.
Bamboo's interface and customer service is better than Paycor's. The main reason we have not switched is because of up-front implementation fees that come with every platform. If I had a blank slate, I am honestly not sure I would choose Paycor, but I don't mind having Paycor as it provides what we need.
