Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use it for our human resources and payroll. It streamlines your HR and Payroll processes so you do not have to do double entries or repetitive tasks. It also helps with your enrollment in benefits and automating those tasks.
Pros
- Payroll Module.
- Storing Personnel file information.
- Moving your documents to a paperless system.
Cons
- Benefits module.
- EDI feeds.
- We were able to streamline our onboarding process.
- We were able to move to a more paperless HR system.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - It allowed us to move paperless and reduce some repetitive tasks, but at the same time, we did find errors and needed to increase our work time in the benefits areas due to the system not doing what it was supposed to.
Paycom has all one system, so their different modules all talk to one another. They also have an excellent benefit module and EDI feed setup. We have had no problems with their benefit setup or EDI feeds; they work well!
