Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to onboard new hires and then to process payroll, used in tandem with QBO and works fine. The issue we have is that Paycor is not customizable for setting up new onboarding and can be hard for users that are on mobile phones.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Paycor does cut down time for payroll as it is very automated and simplified so that is a huge plus for using it for payroll.
The cost per user is too high for a small company to use Paycor comfortably so it is no affordable.

Bullhorn ATS & CRM, Asana
Paycor seems to work fine for onboarding a large group of people for the same role but not for individuals who need custom or different paperwork. Paycor does integrate well with QBO when it comes to payroll and time tracking and invoicing but the cost per is too much.
