Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Payroll, ATS, Benefits and Performance. Paycor system is great. Automating the functions in HR saves us time since we are a small department of two in HR.

- Benefits Open Enrollment - Easy for employees to use
- ATS - Great all in one system.
Cons
- ATS - is good but sometimes the workflow takes time to figure out.
- Payroll - needs some extra PTO plan options
- Payroll - Our company pays OT On PTO so making that easy for the Payroll Admin.
- Performance Review System - Moved from paper to Paycor. Love it for tacking and reminders. So easy for employees to use
- Benefit Open Enrollment - Easy to use
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month.
I was a big ADP fan and rolled out the system at my previous two jobs. Once I got to my new company I realized how and simple and awesome Paycor is. I would not switch to another company.
