Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is being used for time and attendance functions and for onboarding, recruiting and other functions such as performance, and engagement

Pros

Cons

  • Offer more one on one training for customers that dnt have prior experience setti g up modules such as HR
  • Since we just went live a week again its too soon to cment
For the most part I do know the feedback I have heard was the functionality was easy to use for all levels of users
Paycor’s sales team showed much more knowledge and product knowledge than Paycom's. Also we liked that Paycor had a 360 integration

Our nonprofit organization has a lot of specialty set up a for payroll and tracking hours for different program, although this was challenging the overall Paycor team was very helpful and responsive when addressing our concerns
