Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use it for requesting time off, submitting expense reports, and time card.

Pros

  • Their interface is very easy for requesting time off
  • I like how you can see upcoming time off on your timecard
  • I like how easy it is to submit an expense report

Cons

  • The main page is different than the individual pages and doesn't look cohesive
  • The reviews that employees have to do are difficult to find
  • Ease of use for employees
  • One interface for all timesheet/pay related things
It's easy - not really any major complaints.

I think it would be great for a company similar to ours, but I am sure there are a ton of tools that do the same thing
