Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to manager our HR needs. Paycor helps with onboarding, time management and payroll. The combination of time keeping linked with payroll saves us a tremendous amount of time.
  • Use of the timekeeping module allows for accurate accounting of hours
  • Payroll is seamless and intuitive
  • Having all the HR in one database is helpful for managing our employees
  • Still getting used to the system but I would like to see more customization in the report building module.
  • Ability to add direct deposit information to the mobile app
  • Reduction of security questions to set up mobile accounts.

  • Excellent ROI. Time-saving at minimal cost.
  • Paycor has streamlined our payroll tasks combining timekeeping with payroll.
  • Onboarding has gone from taking several hours to minutes.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 25-50 hours per month. - Instead of payroll taking 4-5 hours per pay period, we are able to get it done in under an hour.
Paycor has been relatively easy to setup and use.
Paycor has much better functionality than Quickbooks.
Paycor is alleviating many of the time-consuming tasks that we have with both the onboarding process as well as payroll. The ability of employees to access information through the mobile app has cut down on the number of questions directed at HR.
