Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor to manager our HR needs. Paycor helps with onboarding, time management and payroll. The combination of time keeping linked with payroll saves us a tremendous amount of time.
- Use of the timekeeping module allows for accurate accounting of hours
- Payroll is seamless and intuitive
- Having all the HR in one database is helpful for managing our employees
- Still getting used to the system but I would like to see more customization in the report building module.
- Ability to add direct deposit information to the mobile app
- Reduction of security questions to set up mobile accounts.
