Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity to review employees timecards accuracy. I process payroll and generate payroll reports for my company. I perform HR function by using the onboarding features and recruiting. A lot of employees having difficulty to change or reset their password. If Paylocity could create a video instruction for them instead of article would be better.

The impression community is pretty good. We can say thank you to employees. We can post announcement to on the community.

Answer phone call time short. However, I asked question regarding some issue, the customer services said will get back to me, but I don't get an answer sometimes or I have to wait two week to get the answer back.
