Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Recruiting (ATS), Onboarding, HR/Payroll. It is wonderful to have all of our needs housed within one platform.

Cons

  • Speed up implementation on areas to improve functionality
  • Improve transition from one HRIS to Paylocity
  • too many areas to click, unclick when should be set up per position instead of employee as default
Spending a lot of time correcting errors made by others because there are too many sections to complete for each individual employee

Well suited for small to mid-sized companies.
Have more options for recruiting and onboarding, and electronic forms.
The technology is there in some modules but the same technology is not offered in others, and that is perplexing.
