Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used for HR and payroll purposes. Employees are sent new hire paperwork through onboarding. All information is tracked to include trainings, certifications, etc.

Pros

  • Reports
  • Tracking

Cons

  • Too many changes in account managers
  • Some excellent and some not so good implementation team members
  • Closer follow up to issues
  • Garnishment team turn around time; one month unacceptable!
  • Direct control in completing payroll
Able to process payroll when an employee has been terminated instead of having to write a check and then submitting for tax purposes.
Need to maintain same account manager
Was only for employee file tracking purposes

Time and Labor implementation team member was excellent but HR implementation team members (we had three different ones during implementation) not so good.

Garnishment turnaround is unacceptable. I keep being told they are hiring more employees but so far there has been no change.
