Paylocity is a win-win solution for a HCM system!
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to manage my workforce from start to finish. We have time off, attendance, payroll, web benefits and a variety of other solutions available for use. The newest feature we added Web Benefits to streamline the open enrollment process. My employees are across the US and it was very tedious to get everyone's forms and very time intensive to enter it all in. Web Benefits lets the employees elect the benefits they want and simplifies the review and approval process for me.

Saves me time of tracking individual documentation, having to make sure to get everything. Automatic features in onboarding allow me to assign the task and move onto something else while it gets completed. The ability to customize onboarding packets, I can tailor packets to the specific hiring need. Take a bit if time to set up but once its done, its worth it.
Unfortunately, we don't use these features. Our workforce is so busy that it isn't a popular feature. I would like to learn more about it and see how we can get it into use. I would like to get into the habit of using Impressions to give on the spot recognition for the everyday things people do to help one another.
