Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I believe the product is a great product but our company isn't large enough to use all the modules I am familiar with. Our biggest complaint is the lack of support on getting a couple items completed that was left over from implimentation. We switched over to Paylocity 11/21 and we still don't have some functions. Should never take this long.

  • Honestly we have thought about breaking contract
One of the reasons we made the switch to Paylocity was the automation and the self service portal
Honestly we aren't happy. It's taken months to get the mapping to the GL correct and we implemented Paylocity 11/21

We still don't have functioning JE for payroll and this has been worked on since January 22
