Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity for HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits. We wanted an HRIS system that could meet all our needs in one platform and Paylocity does this for us. It allows more access to different things for our managers than our previous provider did. It also is more efficient for the end user.
Pros
- has a good customer service team to answer questions
- doing enhancements to their platforms frequently
- putting on annual conferences with awesome presenters
Cons
- turn around on resolution of issues
- providing status reports of those outstanding issue more timely
- give your clients access to impersonation so we, as admins, can be more helpful to our employees
- give your clients more access to making changes within the system so we don't constantly have to depend on Paylocity
- reduced errors
- more consistent processes
Has helped me reduced the time I spend on payroll
We haven't really used much of the employee engagement tools.
We were not impressed with ADP's other platforms, like benefits or performance. Paylocity's platform was better suited for our needs. They also have a compensation dashboard we use annually, making our salary and bonus recommendations more streamlined.
