Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, benefits, expense, compensation management, timecards, onboarding, and recruiting. We use Paylocity daily and encourage our employees to utilize all the things it has to offer. The mobile app is very popular as the majority of our employees are in a field and not anywhere near a computer. It is nice to send out notifications and communications through Community and Workflows.
- The products they offer are easy to use.
- They are always creating new ways to improve things.
- The benefits team seems to struggle a lot.
- The ability to have more than one Paylocity open at a time.
Paylocity has made it easy for me to work remotely. We have been working towards going paperless and we have been able to almost be paper free because of the things Paylocity has implemented. The fact that a lot of things are done automatically and you don't have to type in much information and know that it is correct saved a lot of time.
We don't use these features that much at the moment.
