Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

The Onboarding and HR & Payroll functions are vast. There is a lot that can be done with the service offerings, but sometimes how to access all the capabilities is not intuitive. Setting permissions is still something that we're trying to understand and customize for our organization. Creating onboarding packets can be confusing as there are several steps that proceed the creation of the packet and it's difficult to view the steps from the new hire's perspective. On a positive note, the customer support has been responsive and helpful. Overall, we are satisfied that we made the move.

Some specific scenarios where Paylocity is well suited would be large, established companies with specialist who can zero in and become experts within a module. Hard to learn multiple modules and become an expert.
