Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the Onboarding, EE data, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Community, Impressions, and Survey features. There are some minor glitches or improvement opportunities, but it is a very user-friendly system with a solid mobile app.

There are some features and administrative functions you don't have access to as an admin that you would with some other HRIS software. For example, in the benefits module, you cannot upload your own premium rates in an admin role. You have to submit a support ticket to have them updated for you. This can be both a benefit or challenge, depending on needs.
