Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all of our HR needs - payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, compensation, learning & development, reporting, and surveys. Having everything on one system has helped us streamline processes. For instance, someone can go from candidate on recruiting to onboarding to payroll, all with a click of a button. The platform is also very user-friendly so our staff had an easy time transitioning and learning how to use it.

Payroll processing time has been cut in half since we switched
Seeing birthdays and service anniversaries has created another point of connection for our employees.
Paylocity stores everything in the same place and makes it easy to fully evaluate the employee. Culture Amp was more visually appealing, but we could do the same things in Paylocity.

If you are looking to build a robust HRIS system to include all HR processes, Paylocity is the place to start.

It will be inefficient if you have other platforms, like Culture Amp for performance, and then also have Paylocity because the 2 systems don't intergrade and employee information lives on 2 different platforms.
