Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My organization uses Paylocity for HR/Payroll, Data Insights, Expense, Training, Performance, Surveys, Time & Labor, and Workflows. HR/Payroll keeps tracks of all of our employees and demographic information. Data Insights provides us with useful statistical data. The Expense part of Paylocity helps us to manage all our employees reimbursements. The Training module is great for getting out trainings to to our 1200 employees. Performance is management has become a lot easier. We use the Surveys to distribute company perks to employees who are interested and to gather useful information about ideas the company would like to implement. Time & Labor keeps tracks of all our hourly employees. Workflows has been very helpful with the organizational chart of our company. Paylocity has streamlined a lot of our internal processes and workflows. The scope of my use in Paylocity is ushing HR/Payroll, Reporting, and Data Insights.

  • The weblink feature of Paylocity isn't great all of the time.
  • Paylocity has been worth all of the money. It has had such a great impact on the company.
  • The self service portal of Paylocity is very user friendly and easy for employees to use.
  • Since switching to Paylocity our employee engagement through Paylocity has increased by 80%.
Paylocity's automation has put so much time back into our hand's that we've increased the department's productivity and time spent with employees.
We encourage to use Paylocity's Community and Peer Recognition (Impressions). This has been a great way to keep our employees and members of the management team engaged.

I've used with small to midsized companies and it has always worked great. Paylocity consolidates and make a lot of HR functions run smoothly. I think that Paylocity can be useful for any company.
