Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am a HR Generalist and I use Paylocity for HR and Time keeping, Benefits, and Payroll. I use this system as a fully integrated human resources tool.
Pros
- easy to use, to update information on people
- integrates well with Indeed for job postings
- easy to use for recruitment
Cons
- customer service folks should probably work at an office now, not home. The dogs barking and the kids screaming in the background competes with client's conversation over the telephone and it is difficult to understand the rep. Pandemic is over.
- Although I always get customer service on the telephone, it's never my dedicated customer service rep.
- The benefits could integrate better with the HR and payroll. Some things seem redundant.
- more consistent processes
- reduced time searching for new candidates
- online onboarding and benefits
I love the fact that online "orientation" and "benefits information is available to new employees. Most people hate being in person for orientations.
I use community announcements for employee fun day, benefits enrollment and other general announcements.
