Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity for all aspects of employee management, including onboarding, PTO tracking, payroll, recruiting and we are in the process of implementing a performance management system.

I started less than a year ago so I am still exploring all the resources the system has to offer.
I love the survey feature as it allows our employees to confidentially voice their concerns and gives us honest feedback.
The customer service knowledge needs to be improved.
