Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for personal use (checking my time off balances, benefits, and HR documents), as well as employee support(log-in issues, HR questions, onboarding, etc.), and processing payroll weekly for 11 companies as well as benefit administration.

Paylocity helps us keep track of employee records, recruiting, and time-clock issues.

I use Paylocity daily.

Pros

  • It is easy to navigate the website
  • Their customer service telephone number is very quick to help
  • The onboarding step by step process makes things easy for the new hire as well as the employer

Cons

  • The service email sometimes is not the quickest way to get problems solved
  • Sometimes you only get peak articles as answers to your questions
  • Sometimes it gets frustrating to have to add the same information in separate areas

They have helped streamline our payroll process, speed up the payroll process, and manage our whole company employee records. We use Paylocity for more of our HR/Payroll needs.
Paylocity is pretty user friendly. our employees use the self service portal to check pay-stubs, request and view time off, and check on many HR and benefit documents. We have few complaints from our employees on Paylocity issues. When they do complain it is typically a user error or a technical error...
It is the most user friendly system so far. Lots of good PEAK articles, as well as being user friendly for ALL

I typically never have problems while getting together payrolls, submitting them, and saving payroll reports. It is a great product for payroll and employee record retention. I think in ways it could be a bit better with helping solve employer issues. It is very hard to get my personal specialist on the phone. But, other customer service associates are very helpful.
