Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is the HRIS my organization uses on a daily basis. It is used for employee files and data, running bimonthly payroll, and does all time keeping (vacation and sick) for my organization, in addition to being the clocking in and out system. Employees use it to review their paystubs, request time off, and see their personal information.

Good HRIS system and has all the features necessary for the small company I work in. It is comparable to other HRIS programs that I have used. I appreciate that it is totally cloud-based and employees can access it anywhere. The app has also been a big hit and feature that I use and employees use regularly.
