Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for time keeping, payroll processing, HR employee files, performance management, surveys, and learning database. Paylocity is very easy to use and has a modern design. The service department has lacked the past year or so, but used to be very good and very helpful. We have had a number of service reps the last year, and we do lack service.

Cons

  • Service department makes many mistakes.
  • More customizable options when creating review forms.
  • Community should be able to be disabled for terminated users.
  • Reduced payroll errors
  • Consistent performance reviews

Automation has been so nice when processing payroll. We run very smoothly with very little errors.
Community and Impressions are used frequently from our team. These have created a cohesive work force and a nice comradery between our employees.

Paylocity is a very easy to use time clock system as well as a seamless payroll processing platform. Very easy to use.
