Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used as a 360 HRIS solution. We use all modules on the platform, including HR & Payroll, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Surveys, Benefits, Spending Accounts, Learning & Workflows. Paylocity ticks all the boxes pertaining to the full employee lifecycle - from hire to termination, benefits open enrollment, promotions, and reviews. Great all-in-one solution that is very intuitive to deliver to all employees.

  • Consistent processes.
Tremendously reduced the number of data administration hours needed for processes that are now automated!
