Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for several uses: recruiting, onboarding, time and labor, benefits, HR, and payroll.

Pros

  • Customer Service managers are always knowledgeable and helpful.
  • Software is user friendly.

Cons

  • Integration between the different products.
  • Benefits
  • Time & Labor.
  • Employee being able to manage their time off requests and timecard corrections.
  • Reporting has been helpful.
  • Being able to put all schedules in 1 place and to have EE's be able to see them.
Paylocity has given us tools to be able to manage our company efficiently and effectively.
We have used the Survey tool for employee recognition. It lets the staff recognize their peers for great performances.
Everything about Paylocity is far more advanced.
