Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity helps us manage our payroll, benefit deductions, time & labor, onboarding, annual reviews, and expense reporting.

Pros

  • Payroll is quick and easy.
  • Annual Reviews are now trackable
  • Learning Center has been a huge help to our company's procedures.

Cons

  • If one line item on an expense report needs to be deleted while payroll is processing, the entire expense report is deleted from the employee's check and all other line items must be manually added back to the check.
  • Time & Labor: Employees experience system glitches daily that show they did not clock in. Major rework of this area is needed.
  • Although our ACA dashboard has had glitches. Its nice that Paylocity tracks that information.
  • It is fantastic that Paylocity integrates with E-Verify and so many other companies
We do need the scheduling tool to be more customizable and advanced. Our clinics are now looking for an outside vendor.
It has been an adjustment to have our employees adopt Community and Impressions. Hourly ee's are onboard. Salary don't get on paylocity daily, so then are not exposed to these tools as much and therefore don't engage.

Paylocity has improved so many areas of our company. Payroll is a breeze and the onboarding process is very smooth.
