It has allowed us to focus on Talent Acquisitions and Employee Retention when everything is running smooth. In the cases where we have had to make adjustments to these automated processes, it has caused us to use time for corrections.

I think the major drawback of the Paylocity experience is the lack of experienced support members for some of the issues that arise when using the platform. Although the technical support team responds fairly quickly by email, we sometimes discover issues that need immediate assistance. It would be nice to have a dedicated account manager to answer those questions.
