Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We have continued to utilize more and more Paylocity functionality over the years which is great to see!

Initially I was using for Workforce Management like employee scheduling, payroll and attendance tracking. We have now moved to using it for internal employee education and annual benefits selection and changes. it has been a great tool for us as we continue to serve our employees.

It saves me time every week. I have employee time off requests, benefit hour banks and scheduling all in front of me at once so I can make the best decisions as I write the schedule for my team and take into account the needs of the business and the needs of my employees.
It has made it a lot easier to manage employee compliance with required training. Peer recognition is a great feature, if you see someone do something awesome, recognize them! The organization chart is great! it makes it simple for me to know who to reach out to about a particular subject.
  • ADP Resource (Discontinued)
At a previous company we used ADP and while great for Payroll the price and lack of full featured functionality at a high price was a turn off. Happy to say that Paylocity meets our needs and continues to add new features all the time! Excited for our company to continue to expand our use of the software!

Overall all we have been very happy with Paylocity.

It provides an easy to use tool to our employees for managing their payroll deductions, benefits selections, attendance, Schedule review, and LMS all in one place.

Paylocity is well suited to companies with 100-500 multinational employees.

It has been straightforward to get accounts set up for users and the mobile app and inclusion of support for SSO has been a lifesaver!
