Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll, scheduling, community/staff communication, HR, and Onboarding.

Pros

  • Process Payroll.
  • Maintains Time off records.
  • Create custom learnings.
  • Helps us manage/maintain required certifications.
  • Scheduling

Cons

  • Training of Account managers.
  • Understanding of laws.
  • ACA applicable knowledge.
  • Increased organization overall.
  • Reporting is great and provides straight answers quickly.
  • Payroll has been simplified and the time to complete is less.
They have helped us cut the time it takes to complete these tasks.
Not much impact for us with these.
Paylocity is easier to approach. It just presents as more simple.

I love the product and its capabilities, but the support and training of the client "experts" are really hit or miss. I've found that often, I am educating them on how their product works. This is a serious issue.
