Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our HRIS, Payroll, Learning Management system, performance management and applicant tracking systems. The platform is very user friendly, easy to set up and helps with compliance. It takes away a lot of rhe administrative work from the HR department and allows them to work allowing more time to work on strategic.

The automation of processes has help greatly, giving our multi departments more time for review and pt attention to other details. The audits that the system provides is great. You will also receive messages that help you keep up and not forget details that can take you out of compliance.
Employees enjoy posting their achievements and giving shout outs to teams that have done something outstanding. It has help engaged our remote population. As well as out manager to keep employees together. We haven't used the video features yet, however we will look into it. Im sure twe will enjoy as well as our Employees

The system is very user friendly, even building modules can be done by us with no background. The customer service department is helpful and even when you encounter issues they will work to make the best for the clients. The systems send you reminders that help you stay in compliant
