Enhanced our payroll, time tracking, recruiting, reimbursement practices. Having everything in one place has allowed us to be consistent and efficient. The automated tools have provided a platform for our finance and Hr team, it has given us time to focus our attention on other things for the organization, and made everything easier.
We have not used this feature to its full potential, but I do enjoy this feature and we encourage employees to give shout outs. The organization appreciates that Paylocity congratulates employees on their year of service anniversary and on their birthdays. We do see this feature as a place for employees to connect and collaborate with one another.
Paylocity stacks up a lot higher than these two platforms. We had to use two platforms and as we made the shift to Paylocity we now get everything in one place. We are slowly Integrating all aspects of the organization onto Paylocity, and hope to continue to adapt and utilize other features.
