Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Recruiting, Onboarding, HR & Payroll, Insights, Benefits. Current problem is sending new employees through onboarding, the new hire event won’t launch. They have been working on it for a couple of weeks.

  • Better comminication
  • Org chart info in printable form
Automation of everything is great.
We don’t use community. We have our own social media platform
  • UKG Workforce Central (discontinued)

The reporting is great. Insights is great. Would love is recruiting and HR&Payroll would communicate with each other so we would know if someone has been an employee previously and if they are rehireable.
