Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We used Paylocity for mainly everything. Payroll, time and attendance. Tracking. We did not use it for benefit. Not all functions were used by us. Since we are growing we decided to go with another system. We do still have Paylocity but only to see the payroll reports from last year.

We took last time to do payroll since most of the things were already in there accounts. The only issue was tracking the time off.
Employees loved having the community. We added announcements, birthdays or other events or things we needed to tell them. This is something that i do miss. This is a great tool. And also how you can do groups for specific announcements is great.
We only moved to Paycom because we are growing otherwise we would still have Paylocity.

Paylocity can do what you need it to do. But it also depends on the company's wants and needs
