We use Payroll, Benefits, onboarding, performance management, etc. the ease of use and connectivity with outside vendors is great.

Paylocity Support

This is hard to rate. Sometimes service is great othertimes it's very lacking. I find that I can figure most things out on my own and that I know more than some of the service managers. Some issues take forever to be corrected.

Yes, there have been several times where I receive a quick and thoughtful response to an issue. I only wish it were more often.
