Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use payroll, Bswift, cobra, spending accounts, performance, time off and HR edge

Pros

  • Payroll taxes and notices
  • Great HR handbook
  • Ease of running payroll

Cons

  • Linking of the systems
  • Better cobra platform
  • My designated rep is never available- only others that do help
  • Linking 401k plan to TRowe - was with Paychex who could not do it
  • Creating effective annual enrollment and reports
  • Creating reviews and joirnals
They are just okay - reimbursements are manual, and the time and labor to payroll is a little cumbersome
Honestly we do not use this function much but hopefully will in the future
