Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use it for our HRIS, payroll, ATS, BSWIFT benefits functions. For the most part we are satisfied but the benefits part of the system takes too long when going through open enrollment.

Pros

  • Notifications on changes
  • Examples of new products
  • Our current rep [...] is great

Cons

  • More customer service in the sense of available reps
  • Also reps that have knowledge of all parts of the system
  • Has centralized the recruiting by utilizing ATS
  • Not having to deal with so much paper documents
  • Centralizing all of our HR documentation
It provides plenty of data to make strategic decisons and track large amount of data
Our staff don’t use much of the engagement tools but wish I can do more to motivate employees to use the community peer recognition impressions and surveys
Paylocity is more informative and provides support

Paylocity does a great job at continuously updating their systems. Reporting is very helpful and outputs most of the data that we look for. We did have to purchase a specific report design but it was done well. It could have been a little quicker but it was well done.
