Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity has helped our organization manage its HR and payroll requirements. It has also helped us release our employees' salaries on time. As a cloud-based service, Paylocity is highly secure and reliable. The data set provided by Paylocity is also handy for record-keeping purposes.

Pros

  • Bookkeeping.

Cons

  • Dashboard can be better.
  • I am just a user who is not involved in purchasing this software. Hence, I cannot comment on ROI.
Paylocity has completely removed the burden of handling HR tasks so that we can focus more on business.
The job posting and post-interview surveys are absolutely great, in my opinion.
