Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity handles all of the HR needs for our company of 60 and has everything we need, including payroll, time management, benefits integration, and training and development tracking.

Pros

  • Reporting options are great for us.
  • Great customer service when there are questions.
  • Payroll and time tracking.

Cons

  • Sometimes there aren’t detailed enough options for small companies.
  • Customer service does not always provide consistent or accurate answers.
  • Makes things easier for an hr department of one, saves me time.
  • Reduced payroll errors.
They have helped streamline processes for me.
We don’t use these.
I’ve never used anything else.
