Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for payroll and benefits implementation. We’ve belk five issues for the past year, but Paylocity is working hard to resolve them.

Pros

  • Payroll
  • Quarterly taxes.
  • W2
  • Benefits management.

Cons

  • I want to enter an employee's annual salary, and the system will calculate the biweekly and hourly pay.
  • I wish they would fix our Belk wk 5 issue.
  • More user friendly reports specifically paid time off.
  • Time consuming to close tickets.
