Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for time keeping, human resource information including personal info, pay info and benefits tracking and payroll.
Pros
- Software is visually appealing and easy to use.
- Pricing includes many features.
- Supports Responds quickly and is alwasy pleasant.
Cons
- Time allotted for model installation could be longer, towards the end there seems to be a definite end date and if you go over that, support seems rushed. These projects are not that only thing people have to work on.
- Suggested Training gets confusing this should be assigned and communicated more clearly.
- Support sometimes gives a very generic answer instead of asking or digging more into the problem.
- More easy to use employee information
- Faster and better way to request and track PTO
- Inability to enroll in more than one level of HSA plan and track employer contributions
This is a good one stop shop resource. It is our first year so we are still implementing pieces. However there are still a fair amount of unique one off processes that need manual manipulation to process and are not yet fully automatic.
We have not use those at this time.
Paylocity is by far better than what ADP had to offer, data is more accurate, and service is by far better.
