Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for the full-cycle HR function. There are, for the most part, technical problems. We have some issues with job descriptions not allowing them to be added because of too many characters. We have also had issues with job postings on other sites.

Pros

  • We have weekly touch base meetings to ensure our issues are being worked on and questions are being answered.
  • We have good response from the service desk when we notify them of problems.

Cons

  • Expanding the number of characters for job postings.
  • Making sure that jobs posted on Indeed easily filter over to other recruiting platforms such as Indeed, etc.
  • Better HR processes.
Overall, Paylocity has helped with these functions but there is always room for improvement.
This has been recognized among many employees and has been utilized.
Paylocity is very user friendly and is cost effective compared to other HR/ATS systems.

Cost is great, Customer Service has a good response time, and the ability to do the entire HR function on one platform is great!
