Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, timekeeping, hiring & recruiting. It allows a smooth process from finding a candidate, doing a background check, to hiring and processing all time and pay moving forward.

Pros

  • Integration with outside companies for services
  • Mobile app for timekeeping
  • Ease of finding answers in their library of articles

Cons

  • Option to add multiple tasks in timecards
  • Reduced time for multiple state taxes & filing
  • Consistent process
Allowed me freedom to focus on other areas in my job by taking care of everything payroll related
