Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all Payroll and HR functions. We are extremely disappointed right now during open enrollment. They have set up our HSA accounts incorrect and we have been waiting for approximately 14 business days for any help, when they told us that it would be 10 days. The also have the accounts incorrect for the Limited Flex Spending accounts and we are waiting for that to be fixed. We have been treated with blame and anger when we have talked with them. We told them that we would not work with our assigned benefit manager again, after we were both treated terribly by him. We have gotten further emails encouraging us to reach out to this rude man. We are so frustrated. Last year's open enrollment was also terrible. We ended up manually going in and making sure that benefits were correct. This was why we purchased the system. It has been very disappointing.

My favorite thing about Paylocity has been the automatic calculating of employees raises when they are put in the system later than they should be. With shift differentials, OT, double time, etc, this was very time consuming in the past and is now all automated.
The surveys have rally helped us know what we are doing well and what could be improved upon. We love the surveys!
Community has been a great way to get employee messages out, as well.

Payroll is great, although our payroll specialist is not a fan of her payroll manager through Paylocity.
The employees change regularly in Paylocity. We will have someone great and then that person is replaced with someone much less desirable. It is not easy to work with the staff at Paylocity. We are a Best Places to Work facility in Healthcare, where everyone gets along. We are always kind and expect to be treated that way by those we work with. This is not the case with Paylocity.
