Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We are a mid size non profit company that began using Paylocity this year. Our biggest problem is how Paylocity calculates our over time rates, its set up as an earning rather than tied to time and labor. I would say the time off balances as well with the 'available balance, current balance future used' its very hard for users to read this and has caused so much confusion with our employee's.

It has reduces some manual task for us but the workflows are difficult to set up
We currently use another platform for recognition

Our implementation went well but there are still some things we are left to figure out for our time off policies, over time, shift differentials etc. At the beginning we had a great dedicated account manager and then suddenly switched and our current account manager is responsive but does not provide a lot of detail in solutions and we feel a bit upset since we had asked for an experienced account manager at the beginning to help with our complex issues of being a non profit and 24/7.
