We use Paylocity for Payroll, Time and Labor, Performance Improvement and various everyday HR needs.

Automations with Payroll and time and labor have been "game changers" for our organization!!! We plan to explore more time saving measures as we move forward in 2025.

Paylocity has been a "breath of fresh air" for our organization!!! The Customer Service is what sets this company apart from others who do similar services. We explored 4 different companies offering almost exactly the same thing as Paylocity. Paylocity came out on top simply because they genuinely care at every level of the organization. I have interacted with Senior leadership with some challenges and well as my Sales rep and many customer services reps. Literally every interaction over the last year has been positive!!! I cannot say that about many organizations that I deal with as an HR Manager.
